The Company was registered with the Department of Trade and Industry as a single Prorietorship company on January 29, 2001. In September 27, 2007, the company was incorporated with its new name Jismar Equipment Trading and Services, Incorporated with Securities and Exchange Commission. The company started its business as importer and wholesaler of juice dispensers from Turkey, beer cooler and dispenser from China and post-mix dispensing spare parts and accessories from multiple countries.

Now, Jismar Equipment Trading and Services, Inc. is one of the major supplier and service provider for post-mix dispensing equipments such as soft-drinks dispensers, frozen carbonated beverage dispensers, juice dispensers and Accessories for post-mix dispensers such as aluminum carbon dioxide cylinders, carbonators, co2 regulators, fittings, tubings, clamps, bag-in box pumps and many more. The company also expanded the business for distribution and servicing of juice dispensers, granita machines, hot drink dispensers, soft-serve ice cream machines, ice machines, pop-corn machines, juice extractors, ice shavers, milk shaker, planetary mixers and many more products which are related to dispensing of products. Origin of our equipments, parts and accessories are from United States of America, Italy, Mexico, China, United Kingdom and Germany.
